What We Collect

DraftRight is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect only the minimum data needed to provide the service.

Account Data

When you create a Pro account, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment provider. We never store your full credit card number.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage statistics such as the number of rewrites performed, selected tones, and platform used. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users. We do not store the text you submit for rewriting after the rewrite is complete.

Third-Party Services

DraftRight uses OpenAI's API to process rewrites. When you submit text for rewriting, it is sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

Data Retention

Text submitted for rewriting is processed in real-time and not stored after the rewrite is returned. Account data is retained for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
